With 30 years of dedication to fitness as a gym enthusiast and runner, I later explored body sculpting, Pilates and Yoga. As i grew older and faced challenges like osteoarthritis I became a Pilates instructor, driven by its holistic benefits and ability to complement other sports while catering to different movement needs.
Pilates aligns with my belief in the importance of exercise for overall well being. Promoting a healthy body and mind.
I find great joy in teaching and helping others through Pilates.
