Bookings are essential, and so are cancellations!

To reserve your spot, please email and let us help you discover your CORE.

We provide mats for all classes, but please remember to bring your own towel and a drink to stay hydrated throughout your session.

Our group classes are designed for all fitness levels, whether you're just starting out or have years of experience. We offer a variety of sessions that focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. The classes incorporate a range of equipment, including Swiss balls, mini balls, Pilates circles, hand weights, and resistance bands to keep your workouts dynamic and challenging.

If it’s your first time or you have specific fitness goals in mind, we recommend scheduling a one-on-one session. This gives you the opportunity to work closely with an instructor who can tailor the session to your individual needs, helping you get the most out of your practice. You deserve to have that personalized attention to truly reach your full potential.
